Radio Rondevoo fee schedule:

The following ARE the season rates effective from March to October of 2011:

Friday – Saturday
10:00am to 1:00am $1200.00

To book a date for your event a $300.00 deposit must be made. Payments may be made online or in person. Note: Private not for profit events please call for pricing.

Party is required to pay the Radio Rondevoo a security fee of $275.00 (security must be present the hours of 8:00pm – 1:00am). Security is only necessary as it applies to each event. Event Center Manager will notify of this.

Sunday
10:00am to 10:00pm $1100.00

Monday – Wednesday
3:00pm to 10:00pm $600.00

The following are our off season rates effective from November to February of 2011:

Friday – Saturday
10:00am to 1:00am $1000.00

Use of the facility on an hourly basis will be charged at $150.00 per hour with a $250 Cleaning deposit.

Décor, catering, and bar service will be additional charge based on event and needs of the party. No outside caters will be allowed unless approved by the Event Center manager in advance.

Please note that our maintenance person must be allowed at all events at all times.
We have 30 tables and 285 chairs, 2 long tables available at no additional charge to the events.
